These terms cover the coolapps.fyi website and buying licenses for Cool Apps plugins. Questions go to [email protected].
Plugin licenses #
Each plugin is licensed to you under its own end-user license agreement (EULA), which you accept by installing or using the plugin. The EULA says what the Free and Pro tiers allow, what you may not do with the plugin, how subscriptions and updates work, and the warranty disclaimer and limits of liability.
A Pro license key unlocks Pro on one server at a time. Keys are personal to the buyer: do not share, publish, resell or transfer them, except together with the server a key is activated on when that server changes owner.
Buying #
- Checkout and payment are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies and issues your invoice.
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on this site and at checkout before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; a change never affects a period you already paid for.
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Polar's customer portal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Lifetime licenses are a single payment. The key does not expire and includes every future update we publish.

This website #
The website describes our plugins and how to buy them. For the plugins themselves, each EULA is the entire agreement between you and us. We may update the website and these terms; the date at the top shows the last change.
