Refunds

Payments for Cool Apps licenses are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record.

Asking for a refund #

Write to [email protected] with:

• your order number;
• the e-mail address you used at checkout;
• what went wrong.

We review refund requests case by case and answer by e-mail.

If a refund is approved #

Polar processes the refund. The license key of the refunded purchase is disabled, and the plugin goes back to its Free tier at its next license check. Your data stays on your server: for Manuka Moderation, cases, punishments, panel accounts and settings are kept (see what happens when Pro ends).

Cancelling is not a refund #

Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future renewals. You can cancel at any time from Polar's customer portal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
