Pay through Polar
Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record: it runs the checkout, adds sales tax or VAT for your country and issues your invoice.
Activate your key
Your license key is shown right after payment and stays in Polar's customer portal. One command on your server activates it.
Questions about payments #
- Invoices and receipts: download them from Polar's customer portal. Sign in with the e-mail address you used at checkout; Polar sends you a one-time code.
- Cancelling a subscription: also in the customer portal, at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
